Buying from Caseplace
It's easy to buy from our site. Just browse our range, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. Complaints: We try not to get any, but if for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase then we want to help. We will deal with these fairly and promptly. You can expect an acknowledgement, at the latest, within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint and a decision within a further 2 working days. This will not affect your statutory rights and in all cases you, as a customer, will be kept fully informed of the complaint process. |

Delivery Schedule
We dispatch your order right away if the order is received before 4.00 pm and is in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. Please note that this is not guaranteed. Returns Policy
We have a 28 day returns policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.You will need to inform us prior to returning the goods and they must be unused. In return you will receive a full refund for your goods. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
